Returns

           All SALE items are FINAL SALE.

      All POP-UP SHOP SALES are FINALE SALE. No Returns and Exchanges for any items on sale.

SALE Item will only be returned if wrong size or style was sent to customer.

ACCESSORIES are FINAL SALE. No returns. Exchange ONLY if sent wrong style or color.

Store credit, exchange or refund will be issued for all original priced items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in their original unused condition with original tags attached.

 RESORT WEAR clothing should be returned within 5 days after delivery for a refund. 

RESORT WEAR can be returned within 10 days after delivery for exchange or store credit.

All SWIMWEAR items ( I.e one pieces, rash guards, bikinis) can be returned within 5 days for exchange or store credit only. 

  Returned items must include tags and hygiene stickers. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the address of shipper.

 

Returns require a minimum of  2-5 business days to arrive at our facility. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days to process your return upon arrival. 

                  INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

Duties and taxes will be included at checkout except otherwise required by the importing countries (some countries require duties be paid at the border)

We are not responsible for return expenses.

All delivery costs of items being returned is solely the responsibility of the customer making the return.

Delivery charge refund available for item delivered damaged. Please allow 3 business days after item is received and inspected for a refund to be processed.
